Refund policy
For custom designed signs, we cannot accept returns unless the product is faulty or damaged in transit. This is due to each sign being different so please make sure you are 100% happy with the design you make in our design tool. If we notice a spelling mistake or a missing space etc, we will contact you to check before your sign is made.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives to make sure there are no defects. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as you receive it and we will help as best as we can depending on the issue.
We must be contacted within 3 days of the sign being delivered otherwise we cannot be sure the damage happened during transit.
EXCHANGES
Neons are all custom made per order therefore exchanges are only possible when an error has been made on our part and the sign does not match the design preview.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
